"A sunshower is a meteorological phenomenon in which rain falls while the sun is shining."

A sunshower is a foundational metaphor for how many may experience challenges related to their mental health. In this particular metaphor, we see the beauty of the event exactly as it is, a situationally unique moment of complexity that warrants pause, consideration, and admiration. We see the juxtaposition of the sun and the rain, similar to moments of being both happy and sad. We see people laughing while crying, others smiling while knowing it's a guise for inner turmoil. Our goal is for you to enjoy all of life's moments, rain or shine, or even when both occur simultaneously.  We celebrate little victories here. We give ourselves room for grace as we navigate each of our own journeys. We assume that everyone is doing their best in any given moment considering their unique circumstances. Simply stated, we are here for you and because of you, rain or shine. We are so happy you are here.

"

Daniel was the first provider I’ve dealt with for medication management that listened and understood my situation and concerns. In a short time working with him through zoom (phone) sessions, he was able to get my medication in control and helped me figure out what I needed to do. I am beyond thankful for such an expert with great advice. I put my full trust in him, and in return have never felt better in my life. Thank you for all you have done. Eternally grateful.
